Experiential Learning encourages an individual to use his own initiative when learning, become curious about various methods, find out what works for him best and finally evaluate his own performance as he/she goes through the experience. The word "facilitate" is used in a variety of fields to describe the process of guiding, helping, assisting, and creating. Experiential Education is an intentional approach to facilitation based on the idea that people learn and change more from the process of working through problems and finding solutions than from being given answers and solutions by a teacher/counselor/leader. This workshop is intended to assist participants in assessing, planning, developing and facilitating action learning workshops.

What is experiential learning and how it influences people development
Learning styles that will help us shape different training for different needs
How to project and implement case studies
Discussion and eflection in cooperative groups
Use of multimedia to increase learning and motivation
Use role plays with heavy emphasis on conversational techniques to help learners improve their communication skills across the board
Create novel exercises that appeal to all the senses. This makes the experience more memorable and hence more useful in the future
Get the learners to get off their chairs and use all their senses, interact with the subject matter
Role play with others in real-world scenario and interact with props
