My Story
With a desire to explore my role in the global community and determined to see more of the world, at 16 years old, I left Italy to travel to North America. During that period I studied in one of the most prestigious schools in the Toronto area to earn my high school degree while immersing myself in a language, culture and country that was foreign from my own upbringing in a small town in the center of Italy. After returning to Italy I completed my laureate degree with honors in Foreign Literature / Languages and Media Communications.
After graduating from University, I lived in New York for 3 years, working in the field of communication skills and teaching strategies, participating in programs throughout the USA.
Today,I run my own learning and development business which provides programs such as Effective Presentation, Teaching Strategies, Sales, Communication and Leadership Training, Coaching and Consulting to a wide range of clients around the world.
I have over 12 years of B2B sales, management and training experience and my professional development expertise extends to both experiential and traditional classroom environments. I have worked with business development professionals, middle managers and board-level executives for more than 10 years.
Currently based in Italy, I travel around the world using my expertise as a trainer/facilitator, to create and execute programs, seminars and workshops. I had the honor of developing an extensive experience of consulting, designing and delivering programs in the following Countries:UK, USA, Germany, Canada, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Thailand, Ireland, Iraq, Japan.

Social Activities:
Since 1992 I volunteer for the International Alliance of Guardian Angels, Inc, a non-profit organization that makes safer communities and helps teenagers from trouble boroughs around the world to become role models for real life.
For 3 years I worked in the field of communications and teaching for the boroughs of New York City, coordinating programs for after-school activities. Through this association I became a consultant to the National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) in Washington DC and participated in programs from New York, Florida, Minnesota and a variety of other areas throughout the USA. My work with the Guardian Angels also took me to Japan,
Driven by passion and commitment for this great association I became in 2008 European Coordinator.
